Our mated Amm Queen cost €50.00 each

We post the queens out to you , with recorded delivery, through An Post.
( We can sometimes facilitate collection, but this would to be arranged after payment is received and the order has been processed).

Our Queens are open mated, so we can give no guarantee that they have mated only with Amm drones. We do however, flood the area around our mating site with AMM drones by placing unrelated AMM drone rearing colonies in our own and neighbouring beekeeper’s apiaries around the mating site.

Queens that we post out, are sent on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday to avoid having them held in a sorting office over the weekend.

Payment is made, here on the website, using a PayPal account or a Debit/Credit Card

If paying through PayPal, please make sure that your PayPal address is up to date and includes your EIRCODE, as the PayPal address is taken as the delivery address.

With PayPal you can select to “pay as guest” and fill in the full postal address to which the queen should be sent, again make sure the EIRCODE is included.

Stock quantities shown do not reflect the number of queens available for immediate despatch, rather they represent the number of queens that we have in the pipeline, i.e. ready to despatch, already laying and awaiting sealed brood inspection, and those out in mating boxes but not yet mated.

Queens are despatched in rotation, based on the date the order and payment is received. We will inform you of the expected delivery date after we receive your order and give you advance notification a few days before we despatch your order so that you can have your colony ready to accept the queen.

We only despatch queens to Republic of Ireland addresses.
